    Thanks Natalie – what an awesome story! It really does make or break a workout to listen to the right music. At the Zumba Toning class I go to, they use “Can’t Hold Us” by Macklemore or “Runnin’ (Lose it All)” by Naughty Boy/Beyonce for the ab tracks and they are awesome to keep you pushing through!
